Shipping policy
We know you're excited to receive your SmileyWorldKids order! Our team handles every package with care to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Please note: During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Domestic Shipping Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders over $100.00.
3. International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Gift Orders We never include pricing on our packing slips, so your gift recipient will only see the products — not the receipt.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
